Is there a long-term commitment?

No. Think of it more like a subscription for ongoing Shopify and email support. You’re billed monthly and can cancel anytime before your next billing date.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes. You can pause your subscription anytime before your next billing date and restart when you’re ready. Any work already scheduled or in progress will need to be completed or wrapped up before the pause takes effect.

What happens if I cancel?

You’ll continue to have access to your retainer through the end of your current billing period. No additional payment will be charged after you cancel.

What can I use my retainer for?

Your retainer can be used for the services included in your plan, including Shopify development, website updates, landing page creation, troubleshooting, email campaigns, Klaviyo management, and ongoing optimization.

How do we decide what to work on?

You’ll have a running list of priorities, and we’ll work together to determine what makes the most sense each month. I’ll help prioritize requests based on urgency, effort, and potential impact.

How quickly will requests be completed?

Turnaround depends on the size and complexity of the request and what’s currently in the queue. Smaller updates can often be completed within a few business days, while larger projects may take longer.

What if I need more than my plan includes?

If you need additional support beyond what’s included in your plan, I’ll let you know before taking on the extra work. We can either add additional hours at my standard rate or discuss upgrading your plan.

Do unused hours roll over?

Retainer hours are intended to be used during the billing period and do not roll over into future months. This keeps the retainer focused on ongoing support rather than building up a bank of unused hours.

Do you build new Shopify stores?

Yes. Full Shopify builds are available separately from the monthly retainer. Check out my Shopify website packages here.
